Debra is President of Advanced Technology Solutions and works from the headquarters office in Fairfax, Iowa. She assisted in the start-up of ATS and has been co-owner since the beginning in 1997. She has a strong background in marketing and new business development. When she isn’t working, Debra likes to spend time with her family and friends (especially her grandchildren), going to the theatre, reading, biking, decorating and watching sporting events.
Ryan is Vice President of Advanced Technology Solutions and works in the Fairfax office. His expertise is in the areas of preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance concepts, technologies and implementation. He has completed level three in vibration analysis and has been an instructor since 1995. Ryan is the co-owner of ATS and is responsible for the standards and training of the ATS technical staff. He has assisted numerous facilities achieve their goals in the Predictive Maintenance field. He enjoys playing golf, biking, skiing, listening to music and spending time with his family.c
Brock is the Director of Business Development and works from the Kansas City office. He has been with ATS since 2005. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), has earned certification in Maintenance Management and Advanced Vibration Analysis. He is also a Level I Analyst in Offline and Online Motor Testing. Outside the office Brock enjoys cross-country skiing, motorcycle touring, skeet shooting and scuba diving. His favorite non-profit is Communities Creating Opportunity (CCO)
Aron Brendes works in the Fairfax, Iowa office. He has been with ATS since 2007. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and has earned certification in Maintenance Management. He enjoys hunting, golfing, and family. He coaches K-6th grade wrestling for Benton Community School, is an American Legion Officer and a fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and St. Louis Cardinals.
Carl Schultz works in the Florida office. He has more than 30 years in the PdM/Condition Monitoring Services sector. He is responsible for Business Development at ATS with an emphasis on PdM Program Development and PdM/CBM Technology linkage to Reliability Engineering. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), is Level III Certified in Thermography, Level I Certified in Ultrasound and Level I Certified in Vibration. In his spare time Carl enjoys motorcycling, traveling, sailing, movies and reading novels. He is a life member of H.O.G.(Harley Owners Group) and has assisted with many volunteer activities with his participation in this organization.
Bill Hahn works in the Fairfax, Iowa office. He joined ATS in 2015. He is responsible for Business Development, Safety Management, and blogging. Outside the office, Bill enjoys running, golfing, and playing soccer with his son, Jack. Bill graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2009, and is an avid college basketball fan.
