When: December 8-12, 2014

Where: Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk – Daytona, Florida.

Keynote: Dan Pontefract , author of “Flat Army: Creating a Connected and Engaged Organization.”

Agenda: See website for full conference agenda.  The “Asset Performance Management Summit” will be held on December 12th.

According to the IMC 2014 website:

Asset Reliability is as much a way of thinking as it is a set of practices and strategies. For 30 years most of the modern approaches to effective maintenance service delivery have been well documented but most organizations fail to achieve sustainable high-performance asset reliability. Many maintenance reliability professionals have a deep yet sometimes narrow knowledge of their specific subject matter expertise. They may not fully appreciate how their work fits into asset reliability and what role their work plays in supporting the aim of the organization through the context of its asset management program.

IMC-2014′s Agenda has been designed around this system, and each of these main categories is fully represented in the conference offerings:

  • Reliability Engineering for Maintenance
  • Asset Condition Management
  • Work Execution Management
  • Leadership for Reliability
  • Reliable Asset Management

Carl Shultz, of Advanced Technology Solutions, will once again be attending the IMC Conference.  If you are interested in meeting with Carl, feel free to contact him to make arrangements.  You can connect with him on LinkedIn or email him at carl.schultz@ats-inc.org.
