Adam Schulte joined ATS in January of 2000. As Operations Manager, Adam oversees company operations including scheduling and tracking manpower, reporting, and managing process flow among other things. He develops strategies and structures for the business at it continues to grow its products and services in the predictive maintenance industry. He also supports sales and marketing strategies and activities.

When asked what he likes best about working for ATS Adam says “It’s the family-type atmosphere. I have a great group of co-workers. And I love the challenge that each day brings.”

Adam coaches third grade boys basketball and third grade baseball for the Prairie school district. He’s a fan of the Iowa Hawkeye’s, Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls. He stays active himself by attending his kid’s activities, playing in a men’s softball league, coed volleyball and softball leagues and spending time with family and friends.
