Carl Schultz became an Advanced Technology Solutions, Inc. team member in May of 2013.  His role is that of Business Development and Consulting with a focus on new business development.  His consulting activities include mentoring clients and prospects on holistic PdM/Condition Monitoring program implementation.  Carl also supports the technical staff with regard to any thermography training, interpretation and process improvements.  He has been instrumental in the development of Advanced Technology Solutions, Inc., infrared  training program.

Carl achieved his CMRP in 2006 and is very active with The Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, SMRP.  He is this year’s SMRP Conference Chairman.  In addition, Carl holds a  Level III certificate in Thermography, Level I in Ultrasound and has received education in oil analysis, motor circuit analysis and vibration analysis techniques and tools.

His off time activities vary from home brewing craft beers to weekend motorcycle riding.  He enjoys travel, movies and reading.  As a past photography hobbyist he has recently taken the hobby back up and is currently re-educating himself on the art of using a digital SLR camera.
